All of SyncWear's works are protected under copyright law. Protections are provided and enforced by Protect My Work.
In purchasing any SyncWear product you are agreeing to abide by the terms in this document.
Breaching any of these terms will subject you to DMCA and will result in your license key being immediately revoked. You will not receive a refund for any amount of the purchase price.
Avatars
General
SyncWear Models
You may not resell or distribute SyncWear models in any way.
SyncWear models cannot be uploaded as publicly available models on VRChat or any similar platform.
SyncWear models cannot be used in games, renders, 3D animations, or any other similar works that are used for commercial profit.
SyncWear models are not to be used in any works that would make the files available to others.
In no case may you give away a SyncWear model as a nitro boost reward.
Model Parts
You may not resell or distribute any individual parts of SyncWear models in any way.
Individual parts of SyncWear models are to only be used on the SyncWear model they came on.
Editing any assets from SyncWear models does not make those assets yours or give you the rights to distribute them.
All individual parts of SyncWear models are held to the same terms (stated above) as the models themselves.
Individual parts include:
- Body parts
- Animal parts (Tails, Ears, etc…)
- Clothing assets
- Accessory assets
- Textures
- Texture Maps
- Animations
- Animator Controllers
- Menu Icons
- Extra Systems (Marker, Mute Token, etc…)
Content Creation
SyncWear models cannot be used for any form of content creation without the purchase of an available Content Creator License.
This includes:
- Youtube
- Twitch
- Tiktok
- Fansly
- Any other platform similar to those
Copy Works
You may not attempt to copy any SyncWear model.
SyncWear’s model designs are protected by copyright.
Purchasing a SyncWear model does not give your rights to the design.
Assets
General
SyncWear Assets
You may not resell or distribute SyncWear assets in any way without the purchase of a Commercial License.
SyncWear assets cannot be uploaded as a part of publicly available models on VRChat or any similar platform.
SyncWear assets cannot be used in games, renders, 3D animations, or any other similar works that are used for commercial profit without the purchase of a Commercial License.
SyncWear assets are not to be used in any works that would make the files available to others.

SyncWear assets are not permitted to be used for commercial use with the purchase of a Commercial License.
Commercial Uses Include:
- Use on complete model sold in any form
- Use on complete model to fulfill a commission
- Use on model for the purposes of streaming, vtubing, social media posting, and all other forms of content creation (as listed in avatar Content Creation section)
- Displayed on website, product pages, storefronts, and other similar mediums
- Used in other forms which promote or advertise a brand
Copy Works
You may not attempt to copy any SyncWear asset.
SyncWear’s asset designs are protected by copyright.
Purchasing a SyncWear asset does not give your rights to the design.
Content Creator License
By purchasing the Content Creator License you are granted permission to use the corresponding SyncWear model in your content.
When you use a SyncWear model in your content, you must include a link alongside your content to the store page used to purchase the model.
You still may not distribute any of the files related to the model.
Commercial License
By purchasing the Commercial License you are granted permission to use the corresponding SyncWear asset for commercial means.
Permitted Commercial Uses Permitted Under This License:
- The licensed asset cannot be sold as is or as derivative works.
- The licensed asset may be used as a part of a complete for-sale or commission model.
- You must give proper credit to SyncWear for the asset used.
- Credit must include a link to the page where the asset was purchased from.
- The model’s price must be equal to or greater than the price of the licensed asset.
- The model the licensed asset is used on cannot be free in any form.
- The model the licensed asset is used on cannot be publicly available in VRChat or any other similar platform.
- The model the licensed asset is used on cannot be used in any works that allow others to access the files associated with the asset.
- The licensed asset may be used as a part of a model used for the means of content creation.
- Examples of content creation are listed in the Content Creation section.
- The model used for content creation cannot be solely made up of the asset.
- The licensed asset may be used for the means of promoting and advertising a website, brand, product, or storefront.
- The licensed asset cannot be the sole subject of the promotion or advertisement.
- If the licensed asset is in the forefront of the promotion or advertisement of a website, brand, product, or storefront; attribution must be included on the same viewable page as the advertisement or promotion.
- Attribution must include a direct link to the page used to purchase the license for the asset.
Gift Purchase
- When purchasing our products as a gift you must enter the recipient's email and information.
- You are also responsible for sharing our Terms of Use with them.
- After check out, you are not allowed to download the product yourself as the person giving the gift. They will receive an email to with a link to download the product.
